Match Month Raises Over $117,000 for Community Foundation

The Jewell County Community Foundation participated in its seventh Match Month campaign in March. With a goal of $100,000, donors from the community came together to raise a record-breaking $117,132. Paired with a $100,000 match from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation and a $100,000 match from the Patterson Family Foundation, the total impact for Jewell County is $317,132.

JCCF Director Kyra Gritten comments, “Every year, we are blown away by how our community shows up for us. The amount of growth the Foundation has seen in the past couple of years is inspiring. As we grow, so does our impact in the community. We would not be where we are without the support of our community and the Dane G. Hansen and Patterson Family Foundations.”

These funds will be permanently invested in endowments that support funding for nonprofits, education, churches, municipalities, and JCCF operations.

On behalf of the Jewell County Community Foundation, the board would like to extend its deepest thanks to all who supported its Match Month campaign.
